Founding Rate: founding pricing remains in effect while the membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
Initial Commitment: three-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month.
Signature Treatment: one credit equals either a 60-minute therapeutic massage or a 60-minute Refresh Facial.
Treatment Upgrades: other eligible treatments may be selected by paying the applicable upgrade amount.
Wellness Credits: may be used for eligible sauna, red light or float sessions, subject to the tier's float limit.
Wellness Expiration: unused wellness visits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Treatment Rollover: unused Signature Treatment credits may roll over for one additional billing cycle only, then expire.
Availability: all services remain subject to appointment and provider availability; membership does not guarantee a particular time or provider.
Cancellation / No-Show: Vessel's standard cancellation and no-show policy applies; late cancellation or no-show may forfeit the applicable credit.
Individual Use: benefits are non-transferable unless Vessel specifically designates a benefit as shareable.
Discounts: membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Membership Pause: a membership may be paused for a $50 fee per pause period. Each pause requires an agreed return date and may last for a maximum of 3 months. At the end of the pause period, the membership automatically resumes unless the member elects to cancel and pays the applicable $99 cancellation fee.
Pause Limits: a pause temporarily suspends billing and membership benefits; it is not an indefinite alternative to cancellation. Any additional pause period requires a new request, a new agreed return date and another $50 pause fee.
Cancellation: after the initial commitment, cancellation is subject to a $99 cancellation fee and must be completed according to Vessel's membership cancellation procedure before the next billing date.
Program Changes: Vessel may modify benefits prospectively with reasonable notice; continuously active founders retain their founding price unless otherwise required by law or agreed terms.
